THE GOAL:
Build and Connect with the Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff community by creating a new and innovative website that also included a full-blown database system on content management. 

THE RESULT:
Andrew worked with Dr. Richard Carlson to bring his Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff series online through an integrated website and custom content management system. Richard made publishing history as the USA Today’s #1 bestselling book for two consecutive years. The title spent more than one hundred consecutive weeks on the New York Times bestseller list, and is considered one of the fastest selling books of all time. Andrew and Richard often met for lunch in Pleasant Hill and discussed the books and the impact on people to make more positive change in the world.

TACTICS:
Developed objectives, timelines, and budgets, and delegated work plans for the Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff website and series of publications. We built one of the first online articles databases.
